To reduce our carbon footprint and ensure faster delivery, we print locally in over 30 countries. Your order will be handcrafted at the facility closest to your delivery address, ensuring it spends less time in transit.
It simply means we use heavy-duty, acid-free archival paper and specialized inks that won’t fade over time. Your print is designed to look as crisp in fifty years as it does today.
For star maps and personalized artwork, you can see a live preview on the product page before you add it to your cart. Because we move quickly to production, we don’t usually send additional previews unless specifically requested.
Yes. We offer digital gift cards that are delivered instantly via email. They are a great option if you’ve left a gift until the last minute or aren’t sure which milestone to map.
We follow a made-to-order model, meaning we only produce a piece when someone actually wants it. This significantly reduces waste and ensures your keepsake is created specifically for you using the highest quality materials.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Once sent, domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 days, while international delivery can take 7–14 days depending on your location.
We ship our artwork and jewelry worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address.
We will send you email updates as your piece moves through our studio. Once your order has been dispatched, you can use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or visit our Track Your Order page to see exactly where it is.
Because our artwork and jewelry are personalized to your specific date and location, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. For non-personalized items, you have 14 days to request a return.
We take great care in our packaging, but if your piece arrives damaged, please email us a photo immediately. We will prioritize a replacement for you at no extra cost.
You are the designer. Our software calculates the exact position of the stars in real-time based on your date and location, and the preview you see on your screen is exactly what we print. We don't recreate your design later; we print your file precisely as you saved it.
If you spot a mistake, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once our studio begins production on your personalized piece, we are unfortunately unable to make further changes.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can manually apply your discount code and refund the difference to your original payment method.
Shipping takes 3-5 days.
Because your design is created in real-time, the live preview serves as your final proof. To keep our shipping times fast, we don’t send manual proofs, so please double-check your spelling and dates before checking out.
