Returns and Refunds

Because each item is custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections, or errors in information provided at checkout.

This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Incorrect dates, locations, or spelling entered by the customer
  • Design choices selected during the ordering process
  • Personal preference after receiving the item
We encourage customers to carefully review all details in the preview (where available) before placing an order.

Cancellation and Changes

Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist if production has not yet started.

Shipping

We ship internationally and work with trusted fulfillment and shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method selected, and external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

The Stars Above is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a clear production error, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or correction at no additional cost.
