Every Anniversary Starts With a Single Night
Most anniversary gifts are chosen for the occasion. A star map is chosen for one night: the date you were married, the evening you met, or the moment one of you finally said something.
We take that date, that place and that time, and plot the sky exactly as it appeared. Not a decorative arrangement of stars, but the real positions of the constellations overhead at that moment, drawn from astronomical data. Every map is different because every night is.
The first wedding anniversary is traditionally marked with paper, and a fine art print answers that directly. The fifth is wood, which a wooden framed print or framed canvas answers just as neatly. Beyond that, the material matters less than the date on the page.
Most people choose their wedding night. Others choose the night they met, the night of the proposal, or a date only the two of them would recognize. For milestone years, some mark the original date rather than the anniversary itself, so the print shows where it began rather than how long it has been.
Names, a line of your own text, the place as it appears beneath the map, and the colour of the sky. You see the finished piece in the editor and can adjust it as many times as you like before ordering.

Every map is generated from astronomical data for the exact date, time and coordinates you enter. The constellation positions are the real ones for that moment.
No. If you are unsure, an approximate time is fine. The sky shifts gradually, so an hour either way makes very little visible difference.
Yes. You can add names, a line of your own text, and the location, all edited live in the design tool before you order.
Contact us as soon as you can. If the order has not gone to print we can correct it. Once printed, personalised items cannot be remade free of charge.
