Absolutely. A star map makes one of the most personal gifts you can give. You can enter the recipient's special date and location, add a personal message, and have it delivered directly to them or to yourself to give in person.

We offer two product types. Our poster prints are produced on 200gsm smooth matte paper with a non reflective finish, giving a clean and gallery ready result. Our canvas prints use a cotton polyester blend fabric (300 to 350gsm) stretched over responsibly sourced FSC certified wood bars, built to last and display without framing.

You have the option of ordering your map as a standalone print or as a fully framed piece. Our framed options come in a range of materials and finishes so you can find something that suits your home perfectly.

Yes. We offer a range of color styles and design themes. You can preview your map in the builder before purchasing.

The time affects the precise rotation of the sky so we recommend using the most accurate time you can recall. If you genuinely do not know the time, entering midnight will give you a beautiful and still meaningful result.

Yes. You can add names, a date, a location label and a personal message. These are incorporated into the design of the map itself, not added as a sticker or label after printing.

Yes. Our map builder shows you a live preview as you customize so you can see exactly what your map will look like before you place your order.

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of dispatch.

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. All orders include full tracking so you can follow your map from our studio to your door.

Packaging varies depending on the product type you order.

Poster prints up to A4 are shipped flat. Anything larger than A4 is rolled and sent in a protective tube.

Canvas prints are packaged with reinforced edges and wrapped in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection during transit.

Framed prints arrive with the poster already in the frame. The frame is protected with corner guards and wrapping, placed in a box with reinforced edges, and supported with I-beams for additional sturdiness. Multi item orders can include up to three frames in a single package.

Because every star map is made to order and entirely unique to the customer, we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with the quality of your print, please contact us and we will make it right.

If your map arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the packaging and the print and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After that your map enters production and changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an amendment.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete. You will receive a second email with your tracking information once your map has been dispatched.

Yes. You can place separate orders for different maps or contact us if you need a larger quantity, for example for a wedding or corporate event.
